Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea (Women’s Ministry)
Another Women’s Ministry event is coming up — we’ll be joining Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea and fundraising for the Cancer Council.
May 25 at 10:30 at the McLean’s home, 30 Sylvan Grove, Glenhaven. Bring along your favourite mug, one which you value or which reflects your or your journey. And, of course, bring a gold coin to donate in one of our fun games!
Please park in Hyde Place (behind Glenhaven oval) and walk down Sylvan Grove to number 30 (left gate at the end of the street). Parking in this street is limited, and it would be nice to leave space for those less mobile, or for the neighbours.

$150 provides two people recently diagnosed with cancer with one-on-one support, connecting them to a trained Cancer Connect volunteer.
$500 helps provide training to leaders of cancer support groups where people can meet and share their experiences in an emotionally supportive environment.
$1000 pays for an analysis of two gene samples for a research project.
