Preparation for February 18 …

The first 3 verses of Revelation showed us “what work is enjoined upon those who claim to believe the word of God” (7T 158). Now we get into the next section, verses 4-8, where a summary of the entire book of Revelation is given. It also contains the first words spoken by Jesus in the whole book, so these must be important words for us to consider.

Read it microscopically, and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us in how to interpret and apply these verses.
