Creative Activites starts this week

It’s 2026 and time to embrace something NEW! Creative Activities starts again in the church hall on Wednesday February 4 and we’d love you to join us. Whether you’d like to learn the gentle art of Tai Chi, learn to Slow Stitch or would just like to bring your own craft and chat, we’ve got a place for you!
Strategic Plan
On February 7 we will be launching our new strategic plan which the church leadership has been prayerfully working on over the past year. I want to encourage you to be present that Sabbath so you can hear the heart and direction we believe God is calling us into. This process is not about adding or removing programs or “improving” for its own sake — it’s about becoming more faithful as a church and as followers of Jesus.
Vision series

On February 7 we’re starting a six-week series entitled “Vision”.
- Feb 7 — The Way of Jesus in Castle Hill — Marcus Pereira
- Feb 14 — Our Church, Our School — Jonathan Dawson
- Feb 21 — Following Jesus in Real Life — Ian Howie
- Feb 28 — Beyond Sabbaths — Marcus Pereira
- Mar 7 — The Intergenerational Church — Daron Pratt
- Mar 14 — Faith That Outlives Us — Jonathan Dawson
Register for Pathfinders in 2026

If you forgot to register for Pathfinders for 2026, don’t worry, we still have room for you. But please get your registration in very soon, so we can plan properly. Only six days to go until our Induction ceremony, and our first club meeting is next Sabbath afternoon.
Register for Adventurers in 2026

Calling all curious, energetic, and big-hearted kids aged 4–9! Adventurers at Castle Hill Church is a fun-filled program where children explore, play, learn, and grow—together with their parents. Adventurers is a skills- and knowledge-building program designed especially for young children. It creates a safe, joyful environment where families can make lifelong memories while kids build confidence, character, and faith.
Financial Assistance

We are aware of several individuals and families within our faith community who could benefit from practical financial assistance at this time — particularly with school fees, uniforms, and basic food needs. If you feel led to help, you can contribute through the Castle Hill Fund for the Needy. Your generosity provides very real and timely support, and it is deeply appreciated.
Kitchen Helpers

We’re looking for a few volunteers to help in the kitchen this year. If you’re available to lend a hand with food prep, serving, or clean-up, it would be greatly appreciated. Many hands make light work, and it’s a simple but meaningful way to serve our church community. No special skills are required — just a willing heart and a helping spirit. If you can assist, please let Marcus know or speak with the team on the day.
Volunteer List

Last Sabbath the volunteer list for the next two years was voted through by the church. Big thanks to all those who have volunteered to fill the various roles which help our church to function. You can download this list here, or from our Rosters page.
