Church Potluck lunch

Our next potluck lunch is on the 4th of April. It is the Easter long weekend.

We would like to have a middle eastern theme for this lunch! Are you game?!! There are certainly plenty of vegetarian options.

I’ll have Alba’s Lebanese Kitchen cookbook with me this Sabbath if you’d like to have a look through for some inspiration; but start thinking delicious lentil and rice dishes, felafel’s, fattoush salad; Lebanese inspired garden salads, vegetable cabbage rolls, beans, roast cauliflower; spicy potato; stuffed capsicums, stuffed zucchini’s; spinach pastry, yummy dips with Lebanese bread, olives… so may options!!

If you aren’t feeling so inclined, that’s quite ok, just bring what you’d normally contribute
